Mission statement:


The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including for such purposes but without limitation:

  1. To stimulate, create, develop, and manage the implementation and provision of online high school credit make-up courses and projects that benefit low-income and other at-risk high school students.

  2. To educate the public about the needs, benefits, and opportunities to develop funding for the implementation and provision of online high school credit make-up courses.

  3. To increase the availability of financing and grants for online credit make-up courses.

  4. To conduct any other legal charitable and educational activities.

  5. To collaborate and provide access to funding, when necessary and appropriate, to other nonprofit education corporations who have similar purposes.

  6. To do all the things necessary and appropriate for carrying out and exercising the foregoing purposes and powers.
